Delete Your Glas Account

You can permanently delete your Glas Social account and all associated personal data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the Glas Social app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated personal data are removed automatically.

Option 2 — By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@glassocial.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Your posts, photos, and videos
  • Your messages, comments, likes, and reactions
  • Your in-app activity and view credits

Some records may be retained where required by law, or temporarily in secure backups that are purged on a rolling basis (within 30 days). For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
